Romantic Era

Remember the romantic era that was confined to times when love was considered to be pure. It was the time when the girl saw the guy with utmost shy and the boy was the one who liked the girl and the guy has high hopes and time was the perfect cook for a nice romance. All these continued with peaceful thoughts and counting stars at night making sweet wishes. When the guy and the girl get lonely, they start writing poems and letters which are passed to each other through several ways. These poems and letters have become legends nowadays which are present to be studied about the past history. These were the days which really took the true romance over and the entire love and poetry scene into the act.

Time has run its way and it has changed the entire concept of romance. Nowadays no more the girl is shy and the there occurs no seeing and liking by the guy alone. Time has changed a lot as both women and men are given equal importance to choose their life partners. Letters have vanished due to the emergence of internet as love messages are passed through SMSs, chats and even e-mails these days. Moreover romances are budding through the internet and even through mobile phones. The couples select their life partner by their own and make themselves comfortable. These are the cases related to love marriages where the guy and girl start their love through a chat or even an SMS and they might have barely seen or even never seen. Such a romance has become a trend nowadays. In the romantic era the ideas of the parents also has had a dramatic influence as they have started to know their children well and these love marriages are turned into arranged ones.

Even in case of arranged marriages the same scene is followed where the guy comes up to the girl to see her at her house or even hotels are selected these days. If both of them like each after a small chat the marriage is fixed  and from then starts the romance in their life which includes outing, dating, watching movies, ice cream parlours, dining’s and many more. Romance in this era is confined to dating and spending time together.

Romantic era could be explained well with music as it has a great role to play. Music is regarded to be the friend of romance as it would create a special ambience for romance. The importance of music takes us back to olden times when music started getting close to art, literature and even theatre. It can be said without doubt that, Beethoven (Ludwig van Beethoven) was the person who got romanticism in music under way. Much related to Mozart, Haydn and classical era was his early works, but soon he felt the need to be more expressive and daring. The complexity of his master pieces grew; with greater demand on both the players and their instruments. The previously strict formulas for symphonies and sonatas gave way ideas of giving musical works references to other aspects of life. These formed the basis of a whole new approach to music and even to romance.

The romantic era lead to the emergence a lot of musicians who wrote love poems and notes that made love a special art and a significant idea in each and everyone’s life!
