Are you a Hopeless Romantic?

Romance is indeed a wonderful feeling between two people who are deeply in love with each other. Different people have different dreams and ideas for romance. What may seem romantic to one person does not prove to be romantic to another. This is because romance tends to tickle the romance genes of different people, differently.

Of all the romantic people, it is the hopeless romantic who can be considered to be the most romantic of all people. This is because the hopeless romantic seems to see and find romance in practically everything that they see and touch. The hopeless romantic is one who tends to believe in love and fairy tales. To them, love and romance are two things essential to go through a day with.

The hopeless romantic loves roses and candlelight and find romance in each and everything that they do. Taking a walk on the beach at night and dancing in the rain all spell romance to them. To the hopeless romantic, there definitely is a knight in shining armor that is going to take them off one day, or a beautiful princess waiting to be carried off by the hopeless romantic.

To the hopeless romantic, there is romance in true love and the bliss that is associated with being with one’s soul mate. The hopeless romantic has the ability of loving deeply and tend to also yearn to receive an equivalent amount of love from the partner. So if a hopeless romantic does find a person or lover, they are sure to lavish all their love and affection on the person.

It is the hopeless romantic who takes the time and patience to write love letters with poetic phrases to their partner and lover. To them sending flowers is a great way of showing love for the partner. And within a short time, the hopeless romantic tends to get thousands of words that can be used to show their love for their love.

The hopeless romantic tends to hunt eagerly for the right life partner and in the process may be too picky or not discerning enough. To the hopeless non-romantic, the hopeless romantic proves to be too delusional and intense for their comfort. And there is nothing more irritating to the hopeless romantic than finding a person who does not understand their feelings at all.

Today, the cynical world has brought a decline to the population of hopeless romantics. Today, there are hardly any movies centered around the hopeless romantic, as was present and evident years ago. In fact, today there are more hopelessly romantic women than men which are basically because men may get snapped for not doing romantic work for the woman. In fact, men and women tend to express their emotions differently such that it proves to be difficult to identify the hopeless romantic man when needed.

It is the imaginative, idealist, the fanciful and the sentimental dreamers who are hopeless romantics. These are the people who provide interesting and loving books to read with their ‘once upon a times’ and ‘happily ever afters’. They tend to have their feet off the ground, but the soul of the hopeless romantic is usually found over the rainbow.

I never knew I was hopeless romantic , it humors me because its just me being normal. For those that want to be hopeless romantic there's heartache that comes with the title.
