How to Get into the Mood After a Tired Day |
1) Eat a good meal. When you are hungry and tired after a long day you won't feel like making love, but if you have eaten well then you feel energetic again and have the strength to carry on in bed for a long time. A healthy, balanced diet with plenty of vegetables, protein and whole foods can actually reduce your stress level, increase your energy, and help your body look and feel better. This will go a long way towards getting you in the mood.
2) Take a cold-water shower. It will relax you completely and you will get rid of all your tiredness and you will be ready for action.
3) Exercise for a while. Even if you're busy or tired find time to do some spot jogging or go for a walk. This will give you energy, and even 20 minutes is enough to get you into the mood.
4) Have a enough laugh. It's often said that laughter is the shortest distance between two people. Laughter is also an excellent stress reliever.
5) Take a nap. A short nap for half-an-hour helps to refresh your mind and body, so its a good idea to take a power nap and then get into action.
