to meet him. You can have a friend introduce you or go to a party
he goes to, but if all else fails, wait until he's alone and introduce

Find out what he likes to do and ask him questions about it. This
leads to great conversations, and he will want to talk to you more
often if he knows that you're not always going to talk about getting
your nails done.
SPEND TIME TOGETHER:
This is the deciding stage in your relationship. Are you
just a friend he sees every now and then, or are you someone
he spends a lot of time with? This is the time during which
you have to build your bond with him. If you don't, you will
be "just another person" to him. You have to be
patient, because the length of time spent in this stage varies
from person to person.
