How to Apologise Creatively |
1) Saying a simple sorry never works, if you have to apologise, do it in unique ways like saying it with flowers. Many people enjoy the beauty and fragrance of fresh flowers.
2) Write from the heart. If emotions are too intense for a face-to-face apology, send a note, email, or letter and keep it short and sweet.
3) Be poetic. For a more romantic or expressive approach send a personally written poem. Or send an audio or video CD of yourself apologising or reciting a poem.
4) Suggest doing something for the offended person by providing quality time. A cleaning chore, or whatever you may be good at can emphasise your sincerity. It will create the right impression and smoothen things.
5) Sometimes a family member or a friend can serve as the person who could solve matters. Choose someone who is calm and objective. The wronged person may appreciate your extra effort and forgive you.
