Another category of people are those who pretend that they are awed by successful woman. However, their real intention is only to use such women to build up their own career. Flattering men could be dangerous and especially when such men are your subordinates. When men get help from a woman who is comparatively more successful, it will help them achieve them career successes like financial raises or promotions.

When such men start asking for financial favors, the woman should realize that they are being taken for the ride and used for selfish ends.
